Integrations
We developed a custom API solution to connect Carpet Court’s platform with Qantas Points. The system allowed for:
- Multiple Rewards Tiers: Including basic points, bonus points, double and triple points, and special deals.
- Data Synchronisation: Both scheduled and manual updates between systems to ensure accuracy.

Overview
Playtime was engaged to build a custom integration solution between Carpet Court and the Qantas Points rewards program.
